The staff are friendly and they genuinely care about their customers' needs. The prices are very competitive, too. For the couple of bucks I can save on Amazon, I would rather support small businesses like this.

I called ahead and they informed they price matched like the bigger stores in the area. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They gave me free samples of very expensive dog food and carried my bag of food to my car for me! Great place!
