  Awful. I went in to have frame for glasses repaired. First time in this store. The woman who came out from back did not say hello or smile. I asked about repair cost and if they offered any warranty on their work. Her response was that no one ever had a problem with a repair. That alone is hard to believe. I asked to speak to the repair person. She said he was too busy. She stated the obvious--that I could buy new frames. Then she said she had work to do and walked away. At that point, I was out of patience with such rude behavior and said "screw you" and I tore up the business card she gave me and left. She said "don't let the door hit you on your way out." Not sure what her issues are. Plenty of other businesses with good customer service.
