  Great customer service, never had to return any merchandise (unless I was trading it in for store credit for next purchase because I was done with game or system). Most staff knowledgeable on their stuff if one doesn't know the other employee working does. Even when they were training a new guy it was a smooth experience.

  I will not be back. Ever. Every time I go in to pick up a game, the assistant team leader and team members heckle me for not preordering. I don't preorder. I never do. It's always an impulse buy. I don't mean heckle like "aw, it's good. You should preorder next time." The quote, almost verbatim, from the employee was "oh, so you don't want to support the company that makes this game?" They then gave me almost a 5 minute lecture on why I should be preordering. This was also said in front of other customers. Incredibly unprofessional and rude. I'll go to theAtlanta highway location next time.

  Would give them no star. They tell you to bring old games in and uprgrade your card to get more money out of it. But they fail to tell you that youre literally getting cents on some of the games. They push you to sell your old games. Never going here again. Im going to buy all my games at best buy. They also have better prices than game stop. Paid almost $40 bucks for a used gta 5. When i could of spent that at best but for much less. Pathetic store and system.
