  After having many many hats ...toboggans..etc done over the years and keeping the "club" membership .. I dropped two hats off ..they said the Machine was down..so I left them. GOT a Call a couple days later that one hat was destroyed by the Machine and I needed a receipt from wherever I purchased the hat to be reimbursed. I have no idea as I purchased it while Christmas shopping in Atlanta area. CAME back and was told they could not refund me for hat nor give me equivalent replacement I would have to buy a hat from them at Discount. Buford location had damaged one before they never replace and let it go ..gwinett Mall had done stitching much smaller than I ordered on a brand new $60 mercedes hat and I let that go ..now I am not letting it go. Second trip here to get hats..they were paid to stitch it but destroyed it instead and kept my money..damaged my property and expect me to keep making calls and driving back and forth and taking time off work to get the problem they created resolved.. horrible. NEVER do Business with this company.
